Not Your Doll
Starring brazillian-born transgender model and multi-artist Ivvi Romão, the editorial is a subtle yet powerful feminist protest. It defies the societal norms of how a woman should dress like, behave, speak, move, act and express herself.
By reimagining the conventional doll figure that is tradiotionally handed to young girls, "not your doll" wrecks the antiquated notion of the "proper and respectful lady" - wich has long limited the true potential of women. It is a celebration of womanhood in all its splendid forms.
